Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show fosters agricultural growth, innovation, and sustainability by connecting farmers and industry professionals for knowledge-sharing and collaboration. We sincerely appreciate our volunteers, who are integral to the success of our event, assisting with various tasks at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show, including:
- Selling tickets and welcoming visitors
- Operating information booths to provide guest support
- Managing parking and traffic direction
- Supporting field demonstrations
- Driving people movers
- Setting up and tearing down the show as a certified equipment operator
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the showgrounds as part of the sanitation team

Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show is located at Discovery Farm Woodstock (744906 Oxford Road #17 R.R. #6 Woodstock, ON N4S 7W1). Volunteer shifts are available during the September 2025 show, so there are plenty of opportunities and flexibility to work around your schedule.
