Where can I find accessible parking at the show?
We have a designated parking area for those who need accessible parking. When driving to Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show, approaching along the Oxford #17 road, enter at Gate #1 and follow the signs for accessible parking along the East Services Road. For those approaching Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show from the south, they will have the option to park beside the west demonstration field or in the south parking area and enter the show site at Gate #12.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the show?
No, we do not have charging stations for electric vehicles at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show.
Will Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show be cancelled if it rains?
Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show goes ahead rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the show may close at the discretion of show management.
Is there tent camping or space to park my RV overnight?
No, there are no on-site tent camping facilities, and for security reasons we do not allow overnight RV parking. There are great RV and camping facilities at Pittock Lake (five kilometers from the farm show site) and throughout the area. Click here for a list of hotel accommodation.
How far is the walk from the parking lot?
There are shuttles and tractor-driven people movers to transport people from the parking lots and demonstration fields. You can also walk along the forest trail and over the creek – this is about a 5-minute walk.
How far do I have to walk while at the show?
For three days each September, Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show transforms the Woodstock, Ontario site into a 100-acre+ showcase of live demonstrations featuring ag equipment, crops, livestock, exhibit booths and much more. The site is turf grass so it is easy to walk, but good comfortable walking shoes are a must. Watch for the tractor-driven people movers to take people around the site plus to and from the demonstration fields and parking.
I have mobility issues. Can I bring a golf cart to the show, or rent a scooter?
At Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show, the use of non-essential personal golf carts is strongly discouraged. Attendees who require mobility scooters can rent a single passenger model from our mobility scooter supplier, Med-E-Ox Mobility in Motion, by phoning 1-800-265-5500 (ext. 203 or 208) weekdays. Reservations for mobility scooters are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2025 MED-E-OX Rental Prices to come
The following vehicles will not be permitted on the show site:
- reconfigured lawn mowers
- side-by-sides
- RTVs or vehicles without steering wheels such as ATVs
- any other power-sport vehicle
Onsite golf carts (not mobility scooters) must be registered with Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show management prior to the show, and need to be able to be started by using the accelerator pedal (electric or gas). Please contact [email protected] to register your golf cart.
Rules and regulations for mobility scooters and other vehicles at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show:
- Pedestrians always have the right of way.
- A speed limit that does not exceed 15 km/h must always be maintained.
- Only licensed drivers 16 years and older can operate a vehicle.
- Passenger capacity cannot be exceeded for the vehicle.
- The vehicle must be parked when not in use, off the streets and not on the perimeter of the show.
- The operator will remove the key from the vehicle when not in use.
- Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show is not responsible for accidents or incidents involving any vehicle onsite. The operator is responsible for all damage caused by vehicles under their control.
- Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show staff reserve the right to enforce these policies. Refusal to adhere to these policies may lead to removal of the vehicle from the site.
Is there childcare at the show?
No, there is no childcare at the show. There is a spot for nursing mothers and a baby changing station along Doug Wagner Way and next to the Dairy Innovation Centre and the ADAMA Lounge that is marked with this symbol on the map. Click here to view the map.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed onsite at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show. The only exception is Service Dogs, which are permitted.
What kind of food is available at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show?
We have a lot of options for visitors at the show to choose when hunger strikes. The 2025 list of food vendors to come.
Is water available at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show?
Thanks to our sponsor FCC, in front of the FCC Industry Pavilion, there is a Hydration Station with fresh water for visitors to fill their own water bottles. We also have several food booths throughout the show that sell cold drinks.
Where do I go for help at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show?
Information Booths around the show are staffed with helpful humans to answer your questions. There are four booths in strategic locations throughout the site marked with a symbol on the map. Or ask a question of any Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show staff wearing a t-shirt with a Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show logo.
I'm exhibiting at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show. Where can I get questions answered at the show?
Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show Site Office is located on Doug Wagner Way, south of Gate 2 and is open during the show. This is the spot for exhibitors to get their questions answered, or order last-minute services such as ice, water and more. Exhibitors can also check show information in their exhibitor resource center.
